Individual Counseling:
Counseling for mood, anxiety, trauma, life changes, grief, and more. Together we will create a plan to improve your symptoms.
$190: 45 minute intake
$175: 55 minute session
Accepted insurances:
Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, United, and Harvard Pilgrim, Mass Health MCOs, WellSense, Fallon Community Health Plan, and Mass General Brigham, Aetna, Health Plans Inc.
It is important clients know their responsibilities for copayments and deductibles prior to starting sessions.
EMDR Intensives:
Comprehensive trauma therapy to assist in recovery and healing. EMDR Intensives involve longer, more concentrated sessions. This format allows clients to move through the eight phases of EMDR therapy more fluidly and without the interruption and emotional disconnection that can happen with longer gaps between sessions.
$1200: 7 hours including a lunch break and is not covered by insurance.
Other Fees
Professional services outside the scope of therapy (e.g. reports, letters, consultations or court appearances) may incur pro rated fees based on the hourly rate of $175.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for care.
No shows will be billed at $80 and late cancellations at $60 These fees are not covered by insurance, and you are responsible for upholding your financial agreement and commitment to seeing professional mental health services.
